It was rumored, it was leaked and it’s now official. OnePlus has officially launched its new flagship killer: The OnePlus 5T, boasting a 6″ nearly bezel-less display and a new pair of improve cameras.
OnePlus 5T pretty much looks like its smaller brother. It has the same seamless aluminum body with a sand-blasted back featuring a lush, black finish. The headphone jack is still there in-case you were wondering.
The most visible change in the new OnePlus 5T is the 6″ Optic-AMOLED display on the front with 18:9 aspect ratio and 2160 x 1080 pixel resolution. The display goes from edge to edge giving the phone a sleek modern look and more space to work n. Since the display is nearly edge to edge, there was no place to put the fingerprint scanner and hence it is moved to the back of the phone. The new Face unlock feature is also there that takes 0.4 seconds to unlock the phone.The algorithm uses 100 facial features and it works in dark also.
The dual-camera system is also improved on the OnePlus 5T. The company has ditched the zoom lens in favor of improved low-light performance and portrait mode. The field of view is same on both cameras but the secondary one is capable of shooting 20MP photos. Phone uses secondary camera in the dark to produce some awesome photos using Intelligent Pixel tech.
Reaming specifications of OnePlus 5T is the same as OnePlus 5. Under the hood is a Snapdragon 835 processor couple with 6GB of RAM. You can also get 8GB variant with 128GB internal storage. The battery is same i.e. 3,300mAh.

OnePlus 5T will be available in various markets starting next Tuesday with same price tag as OnePlus 5.
